Founder & CEO

Stephanie is the Founder and CEO of Covercasa. Most recently she helped build the business model and strategy to stand up Neptune Flood. As COO, she grew Neptune from pre-market startup to an established, rapidly growing insurtech in the national private flood market. Prior to Neptune Flood, she helped launch Prepared Insurance Company, a Florida domestic homeowners carrier, where she served as President and COO, growing the company from pre-revenue to 26M in just 12 months, all organically, with a combined ratio of 79%. Stephanie is an entrepreneurial, intellectually-agile executive with 25 years of accomplishments in market entry, distribution, strategic partnerships, relationship marketing, customer experience, branding, and process optimization for startup to Fortune 50 insurance companies. She launched her insurance career at AIG Europe, a global market leader generating nearly $50B in revenues. Stephanie is well known for being an innovative business leader who builds scalable revenue engines into the foundation of companies. She is passionate about helping her community, serving at Metropolitan Ministries since she was 12 and at Feeding Tampa Bay since 2014, both non-profits are committed to alleviate suffering for families in the Tampa Bay area. Stephanie has a BS in Business and lives in the Tampa Bay area with her husband, a unicorn, 4 awesome children and 2 mini aussies.
